Advertising and Sales Management

  Hello, Everyone Today I'm gonna Share Some Information about Advertising and Sales Management.

 basically, "Advertising "is an non-personal Communication of information usually one
 need to pay Some Money to Advertise there products , business , etc.
as we discuss earlier, it is an paid form of Communication,
 although some forms of advertising
such as public service Announcements (PSA).

Not only is the message paid for but the Sponsor is identified.

Most advertising tries to persuade or influence the Consumer to do something, or in some case the point of the message is simply to inform consumers and make them aware of the product or company.

Advertising reaches a large audience of potential consumers.

as  the practice of advt. has evolved, it has played many different Roles. it started Out as a way to identify the maker of the goods and that continues to be an important role today. As technology, Such as printing press, made it possible to reach a wider audience, advt. become more focused on providing commercial information along with identification of the product's maker.


Let Consider The Four Advertising plays in business and society , in order to understand how it Works:-

1. The Marketing Role
2. Communication
3. Economical
4. Social

1. The Marketing Role- In this process a business is used to satisfy consumer needs and wants by providing goods and services is called marketing.  Marketing professionals are also involved with the development of a brand, which is the distinctive identity of a particular product that distinguishes it from its competitors. For Example McDonald's and KFC.

2. Communication - Advertising is a mass communication . it transmits different types of market information to connect buyers and sellers in Market. it informs and transforms the product by creating an image that goes beyond straightforward facts. The Broad term "Marketing communication"  includes advertising but it also includes a number of related communication techniques in market.




3. Economic Role- Advt. trends to flourish in societies that enjoys some level of economic abundance, in which Supply exceeds demand.  there are two points of discuss the way advt.
creates economic impact.

in first, advertising is seen as a vehicle for helping consumer assess value, through price as well as other information- Such as quality, location and reputation.

in Second, advertising is seen as so persuasive that it decrease the likelihood of a consumer switching to an alternative products, regardless of the price changed.


4. Societal Role- Advertising has a number of societal roles. it informs us about new and improved products , helps us compare products and features and generally keeps us informed about innovation and issues. it mirrors fashion and design trends and enhances our aesthetic sense. it help us shape an image of ourselves by sitting up role models that we can identify with.













                                                SALES MANAGEMENT-



in Sales management , it is different from ordinary Advertisement, it include planning  , direction and control of personnel selling, including recruiting, Selecting, equipping, assigning, routing , supervising etc to apply to the personnel sales force.

    There are Some Strategy involved in Sales Management , listed below:- 

1. Direct Strategy- Sales people attack their competitors when talking to a customer. they talk top the each feature of the competitors product and compare it to their's.

2. Indirect Strategy- this approach applies more subtle techniques by demonstration feature and benefits not available with the competitors product.

3. Relationship Strategy- this strategy insists upon establish and maintaining a partnership type of relationship with the customers where mutual support,. trust and goals are nurtured over time.

4. integrated Strategy - this strategy is nothing but consolidation of selling and distribution strategies.
